Carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx – all shipments fully trackable. Tracking numbers are auto‑emailed upon shipment (check spam folder if missing).

Transport modes: 95% of parcels via airmail; oversized items via ocean freight.

Warehouse routing: Our largest warehouse is in China, but we also have overseas warehouses. Packages are shipped from the facility closest to your location.

Tax‑free delivery: Zero additional fees upon delivery in the U.S. All import costs are included at checkout (policy subject to change).

Potential delays: Carrier holidays/weekend closures, severe weather, customs inspections (+3–5 days), or remote areas such as Alaska/Hawaii (+2–4 days).

Damaged or Compromised Items

If your order arrives damaged: email photos plus your order number to info@kovrei.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund within 24 hours or send a free replacement shipment.

Returns
